Det er helt normalt. Men hvis tristheden varer mere end et par uger og den synes at have \u201cbidt sig fast\u201d, s\u00e5 er det vigtigt at g\u00f8re noget ved det. Udover tristhed kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re, at du oplever et dyk i energi og ikke har lyst til at g\u00f8re de ting, du ellers plejer at kunne lide. M\u00e5ske er det ekstra sv\u00e6rt at komme op om morgenen, og du oplever at v\u00e6re blevet mere irritabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r mine klienter fort\u00e6ller om symptomer p\u00e5 depression kigger vi sammen p\u00e5, hvad det kan skyldes. Der kan v\u00e6re mange \u00e5rsager som fx et brud med en partner, l\u00e6ngere tids overbelastning, at man aldrig har l\u00e6rt at passe p\u00e5 sit mentale helbred, en f\u00f8lelse af ikke at v\u00e6re god nok eller at have en indre \u201cdommer\u201d, der altid synes at piske i stedet for at give en guller\u00f8d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r vi har kigget p\u00e5 symptomer og mulige \u00e5rsager ligger vi derudfra en plan for, hvad vi skal arbjde med sammen og hvad du selv kan g\u00f8re imellem vores samtaler, for at sikre at du igen begynder at trives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vi kan alle have dage, hvor vi f\u00f8ler os triste.
